[un]agentic — A security engineering newsletter

Interested in secure-by-design architectures or agentic engineering?

Each month I’ll write about something I’m working on: encoding security judgement into agent workflows, paved roads that scale, research I’m applying, and how it shows up in real systems.

If that sounds useful, consider subscribing.

Max one email per month. Unsubscribe anytime.

Why I started this

Since 2025 I’ve been running workshops and trainings, including DEF CON and Black Hat. I didn’t want to be the firefighter anymore. I wanted paved roads that are easy to follow and not bypassed, where it doesn’t matter if an agent is walking them or a human is.

[un]agentic is one letter a month of the lessons from that journey. I’m Javan Rasokat. I also train this stuff hands-on.
